contractor. What that means to our clients is a full service approach to making
your dream a reality. It may be a bump out enlargement

We are in tune with the marketplace and ready to
attentively listen to your ideas. How do you start? It's simple. Just
give us a call. - We will discuss your
project needs, thoughts and ideas. We will discuss over the phone feasibility,
rough budget and if it's a fit for both of us.
- Next
step is the first meeting. It will include a walk through the house including
basement and the exterior. We will discuss in a bit more detail the scope of the
work and if it can happen the way you visualize it. This is a great opportunity
for you to get to know us and us you. This is your chance to dream out loud to
the person who can make your dream come true! We will also discuss with you the
design requirements, drawings, permits, egress complications, etc.
- For
most room additions we will agree on a design agreement necessary to complete
the schematic designs, floor plan, elevations and specifications to put the budget
together. The budget is usually accurate within approximately 15%.
- Production
is the next step after the owner approves the paper work done to this point and
decides to proceed. A final budget is established with all the current changes
in the plan (if any). A complete contract is then prepared spelling out in detail
every step of the plan so you know in advance exactly what you are paying for.
We detail exactly what every component of the project entails. Nothing is left
to your imagination. All of our paperwork complies with Federal and State law.
From
demolition to completion the project can take anywhere from a few weeks to months
depending on the scope of work.
