In early 2017, Philbin Construction & Remodeling made the commitment to partner with Guild Quality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying firm. The decision to use an outside company for our surveys began with the belief that our clients will be more honest and (if necessary) critical when being surveyed by an independent company than they would if we interviewed them ourselves. Today, Guild Quality contacts all of our clients directly roughly 30 days after each project comes to an end, to gather information intended to help us be better. We constantly analyze the information, and use it to implement changes as needed to offer all of our clients a better remodeling experience.


We’re very proud to say that we feel this relationship is working, and clients are noticing.  We’ve been awarded the “Best of Houzz, Service” award 4 years in a row (2017 – 2020), were recently included in Qualified Remodeler Magazine ( July 2019, “Customer Satisfaction Drivers”) and have also earned the “GuildMaster Award” given to a select number of companies based on performance and overall survey results.  We are committed to an ongoing relationship with Guild Quality, and to working towards the near-perfect client remodeling experience.
