In our 30+ years in business focused specifically on residential remodeling, Philbin has created an in-depth process to control the quality of every project. This process has been shaped and defined, then constantly refined with every unique project and all that we’ve learned along the way. We believe in our process, and we believe it’s most important that you know what to expect in any project, big or small. Follow along as we walk you through each step.
No one wants to wait. You want answers fast, and we want to hear every detail about your project. We’ll do our best to reply within 12 to 24 hours from when send us that first message, usually to set up a quick conversation over the phone so we can begin to understand your needs. And if email isn’t ideal, feel free to call us anytime!
Once we know a little more about your project, we’ll set an appointment to talk in person. And that first visit won’t be for us to sell anything, but rather for us to get to know each other, and to take some essential measurements to get things moving towards the beginning stages of your project. This appointment is about making contact, not signing contracts. We promise not to overstay our welcome in the first visit.
We take all the information obtained in our first visit and head back to our office to do our homework. We might be working on early drawings or designs or just simply preparing the first draft of a proposal. We channel all our expertise and research into creating what we feel is the best fit for your project. The estimate we provide will be detailed and dynamic—we share this information with you so you can make the best choices and refine every detail to your likes and lifestyle. We deliver this estimate to you either in person or via email, and never ask for an immediate response.
After you’ve had time to look the proposal over, we’re available to answer any questions you may have. We can provide samples, design guidance, and help you make your selections in our showroom. Once we have the perfect plan outlined, all aspects of your project are transformed into a simple document we can both sign and commit to. Later, when all of the necessary materials are ready, we get to work. You’ll see our uniformed team in swift action, starting on time every day and working carefully towards the completion of your new dream space.
Everyone on our team is approachable, friendly and ready to communicate with you throughout your project. You’ll feel comfortable with us in your home, and we’ll do everything we can to keep the project clean and safe for your family and your pets. As we near the end of the project, we begin to look critically at what we’ve done and create our own “punch lists” for touch ups. Finally, you’ll walk through with us to add anything else you see that may require our attention. All that’s left at the end is for you to begin to enjoy your new space and share it with friends and family.
